Protocol — Everything
the App Does

Protocol is a peptide, TRT, and GLP-1 tracking app for iOS and Android. This is the complete guide to every feature — what each one is, what it does, and when you'd use it.

The Calculator Suite

Protocol includes five calculation tools. All are free with no account required.

Reconstitution Calculator

Enter vial size (mg), BAC water volume (mL), and target dose (mcg). Returns: concentration in mcg/mL, syringe draw units for a U-100 syringe, draw volume in mL, and doses per vial. The fundamental calculation for every injectable peptide, GLP-1, or any lyophilized compound.

Custom Draw Mode

The inverse of standard reconstitution: enter the syringe draw units you want per dose, and the calculator returns the BAC water volume to add. The only free calculator that operates in this direction. Available without download at reconstitution.health.

PK Half-Life Plotter

Blood concentration curves for 22 compounds — BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, PT-141, semaglutide, Testosterone Cypionate, and 15 more. Up to 4 compounds simultaneously. Dose superposition math shows how each injection adds to the previous concentration. Useful for timing multi-compound protocols.

TRT Ester Calculator

Free testosterone content per labeled dose across 6 testosterone esters. 200mg Testosterone Cypionate delivers ~140mg actual testosterone (69.9%). Covers Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, Undecanoate, Sustanon blend, and oral Undecanoate. Includes half-life for each ester.

Stack Cost Calculator

Monthly and cycle cost across your full multi-compound protocol. Enter cost per vial, vials per cycle, and doses per week for each compound. The only free stack cost tool in the category.

Tracking Features

The calculator tools and tracking features are designed to connect — reconstitution data from the calculator pre-populates the injection log, so you never re-enter draw units manually.

Dose logging — compound, dose, date/time, injection site, notes
3D injection site body map — rotation tracking across upper/lower abdomen, bilateral thighs, bilateral arms, gluteal, deltoid
Bloodwork panel — Total T, Free T, Estradiol (sensitive), Hematocrit, SHBG, PSA, HCG, and custom markers
81-compound research library — dosing reference, mechanism summary, typical cycling patterns
Apple Health sync — writes BMI, weight, and key metrics to Health app
Stealth mode — changes app icon and display name for home screen discretion
Is Protocol free to use?
The core tracking and calculator suite is free. This includes: all five calculator tools, dose logging for unlimited compounds and protocols, the injection site body map, compound library, bloodwork tracking, and PK plotter. There is a premium tier for additional features, but the free tier is functionally complete for most users.
Does Protocol work without an internet connection?
Yes. All calculation tools and tracking features work offline. Protocol stores all data on-device — there is no cloud sync, and an internet connection is not required for any core functionality. The AI research features require a connection since they call an external model, but the calculator and tracking features are fully offline.
